Storage

In order to ensure that you as a user / customer receive the course diploma, we must store some of your personal information.

Required fields in the registration are first name, last name and email. This is information we need to verify your identity and log in to the system. In addition, we ask for the optional fields such date of birth and telephone number, as well as the desired language selection.

Your personal information will not be used for purposes other than administering the course and storing the course / course certificate. Personal information will never be shared with any other parties unless you specifically request it.

By giving your general consent, you agree that we store your personal information, as well as send you automatic / required emails / SMS in connection with your purchased courses. Trainor will not contact you at the specified email or phone number unless you specifically consent to this.

Deletion / access to your data

After a course is completed, your personal information will be stored for five (5) years after the course's validity / competence expires, or until you request to be deleted. Personal information relating to orders is kept for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with the Accounting Act §13.

Deletion can be done from My Page on trainor.no. If you or require access to the system, please send an email to support@trainor.no from the email you are registered with on trainor.no, where you specify your wish. We will then follow you up with a final confirmation of this, and disclose any information stored about you within 30 days of the request.
