Trainor has chosen to appoint a Data Protection Officer, whose responsibility is to serve as a contact point for customers and their users, to check and coordinate compliance with applicable laws and entered into Data Processing Agreements.
The Data Protection Officer shall also ensure that all employees in Trainor and third parties involved is protecting and treating personal data in accordance with law and guidelines.
