As a customer of Trainor, which stores information about your employees, your company has to sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
As Data Processor, Trainor offers a standard DPA. This deals with definitions, responsibilities, rules and routines for notification, information security, etc.
The signing process of the DPA is as follows:
1. Download and sign the agreement
2. Send the agreement digitally to Trainor's Data Protection Officer.
3. Trainor will then sign the agreement and keep a copy yourself and send a copy digitally back.
Our DPA is not openly available for download. Please contact Trainor's Data Protection Officer to receive the contract by e-mail.
